The production process of sintered ferrite magnetic tile is mainly divided into wet compression anisotropy, dry compression anisotropy and dry compression anisotropy. The difference between the anisotropy and isotropy is whether there is an oriented magnetic field during the press molding. This article mainly introduces the process of wet pressing anisotropy.

The wet compaction process flow is: raw material → presintering → coarse crushing (primary ball milling) → batching → secondary ball milling (wet milling) → magnetic field forming → sintering → grinding → cleaning → magnetization.

Because the molding slurry contains water, the particles formed in the magnetic field are easy to turn, so higher degree of orientation and higher performance can be obtained than the dry pressure differential performance.
